The copies being made and stamped 'COPY' is usually located on the obv in front of or behind the head.
Shouldn't it be half off?

Wow, that is really interesting. It looks to have strong VF details, and my gut is telling me that the coin is genuine. I doubt it would be a clipped planchet simply because, since the coin obviously circulated, there is no way for it to have circulated if it came that way from the mint. I doubt the coin circulated again once it was cut. I would buy it just to send it to ANACS and see how they respond...lol.

Be interesting to find out if it was cut or if it's a broken planchet. I don't think it's cut but it may have had a little help finishing the break. I'll find out for sure in a week or so.
