I was raised by my maternal Grandparents when I was young. I remember filling out Lincoln Cent Books in the early 70's from a large jar of pennies they kept. My grandparents now are both gone now, Gramp on May 25, 1986 and now Gram on July 2, 2011. They have inspired me to do many things least of all the bug of collecting coins......I feel that I am am so fortunate to have influences in my life that are so rewarding such as collecting coins. My children have not caught the bug yet, but I still have hopes of future grandchildren of catching it. In closing, it could not have been a more beautiful day for my Grandfather to come and take my Grandmother for one last ride. I hope to see you again someday, your loving Grandson.....Billy |

Maybe She will look up my Great Grandmother Jesse who let me look through her jars to get me started. Lost her about 11 years ago. Could be the start of a good coin club. Sorry for your loss.  |
