So the past couple of days I see a bunch of coins that HSN channel is selling. Huge proof sets from 1968 to present and a bunch of State Quarters and so on.

Has anybody ever ordered stuff from them? What do you think?

I was just wondering if its a bunch of "stuff" or if it legit.

Double check the ebay "sold" prices in the items you are looking at.

HSN is a very, very large ring of rip-off artists.

I'm sure anything they sell on HSN can be found on ebay... at a large discount!

As a good rule of thumb everything you see on a TV coin shopping show is from two to four times what it would cost you from your local Brick & Morter Coin shop.

Kind of true for almost anything you see on TV. Imagine what profit must be made to pay for those adds and to keep the HSN thing on.

I bought a set off of HSN a couple months back...while I was extremely pleased with the product, I did get ripped off. Although, I'm not to upset about it because I like the product and it's my own fault for making a spot decision with no research.

Wow lots of insight. thanks everybody. I was up late one night and they have like all the proofs sets from 1968 and just huge amounts of coins. But I do agree with most of you, you def can find cheaper.
