I can see both, but they are a little weak. The smaller photo shows the F better than the larger photo and I'm sure I could see it with the coin in hand. I don't think it would bring any premium over the value of the coin, sorry.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!

Weak letters are common on FG because of die polishings/later die states they get removed. They were always there as they WERE part of the design. Not something forgotten. Just an attempt to make a collectable out of a later die state coin. Other coins are noted for these as well and assigned a higher value for them. Just not my cup of tea. A worn over polished die is just that. Give me an EDS example of a coin and retire worn out dies so they can make these poor examples.
1955 so called doubled die
1937-D three legged buffalo
1922 no D cent
There will be more listed in the future. But they are just worn dies. Not really missing those devices as they WERE there till they were polished off.

So what you are saying then is, looking for "No F Weak G" and "No F and G" while roll searching, isn't really worth it?

I gave up on them when I realized they were hype. Some albums place a spot for the buffalo & 22 plain. I see no need for these to be placed there. It creates a desire for a coin from a worn out die. It reminds me of the hype on the State Quarters when people were selling them on ebay as varieties. "Spitting horse." It was just a die crack. "Speared buffalo" die scratch. A lot of ado about nothing. But every one has a choice as to what to collect.

Depends on what you mean by "worth it" - so I guess if you mean monetary value, then look and see what people are buying. Whether or not you agree that a 1922 plain cent should be in an album or not (and I gotta agree with coop on that one), if you found one in circulation you wouldn't toss it back. The 1982 no FG half is listed in some price guides so you could theoretically sell one, but looking on ebay you can see that there's not a lot of demand. I'll keep those just because of the theoretical value to someone else, even though I don't really want one for my Kennedy collection. I'd also keep any other coins with completely missing designer's initials, but those LDS coins with the initials worn down are too common to keep.

DDO / DDRs are a different story. They are legit varieties considered collectible by most people. If you're talking halves, then the 1974D DDO is probably the most common and the most obvious when you find it. It has some value as seen by ebay auctions, but it is pretty common. I've found 4 or 5 in the last 6 months or so - so many in my mind that I stopped looking at 1974D coins under a loop unless they look MS.

But what is "worth it" is subjective and really depends on your goals.

Worth it meaning to have value more than normal; profitable.
