I own a similar piece (mine is bronze, while yours seems to be brass) but it was bought in a bulk lot of mixed world coins; the average price per coin was 56 cents. I should also point out that it's technically illegal to sell it in the United States if it doesn't have "COPY" stamped or engraved on it somewhere.
