In one part I agree with NGC that PCGS should not be able to trademark the term "First Strike" that be like someone trying to trademark MS or whatever. However I don't like the term First Strike and I wont pay more money for a first strike coin, To me a first strike is say the first 50 coins on each dye, not like NGC says and is the first month or whatever that they are producing that coin.
