Hi I have 4 of the following coins 1956 Italy 5 Lire f to vf I have seen that the are rear is this true and what would the value of one of these coins

Looks like they had a mintage of 400K, listed in my 2004 Krause at $15.00 in F and $50.00 VF!

They are aluminum, and as such, have no intrinsic value, but like Rdwarrior states, rather low mintage, less than a Lincoln 09'S v.d.b.!!

It's a smaller country as well, per square foot that's much more mintage I'm sure ;)
