I'm going out of town for the next week and will have limited access to my computer so I'll post this one early. How about guessing the grade NGC gave this one? Thanks for looking! 1884 Seated Liberty half dollar Edited by Moe145 07/24/2011 11:19 am

Your seated half collection has me in aw, PR 62 for this one. You may have trouble finding which ones to post for the 7070!

I think PROOF 60, a lot of hairline scratches and a chip in the 4.

Beautiful piece! I think NGC would give this at least PF-62 even with the marks in the shield and the light wipe. Great half!

Somewhat surprised this is a business strike, but maybe greatly overdipped to look like a proof? Weird because its probably rarer than the proof, so that probably was not actually the intention. It has similar reflective surfaces to that Trade dollar I had awhile ago.

Not too surprised that this is not a proof. The surface around the stars and liberty's left leg look different from the rest of the fields.

With only 4,400 business strikes this year, I'm not giving it back...
