Would it, therefore, be correct to state that this coin is

a) classified as a Y # 327,

b) a denomination of 2 Chiao,

c) composed of 70% silver originally containing 0.1215 oz. of silver, and

d) currently having a VG grade?

thanks

Yep, sounds right to me.
