Since I only have 3 of them, this is my favorite. Recently purchased from a gentleman who bought it in the 70's from New England Rare Coin. Came with the original N.E.R.C tag which lists it as MS66. Sorry about the glare as it is in the plastic still and will remain there until I send it off to PCGS for grading. Photos taken with a Sidekick-CA model camera(Inside joke for a great and generous fellow)

Great looking coins everyone. Ever wonder who the first person was to own your coins? I'm sure there were numisists and collecters/investors back then. How many times has it changed ownership? Where has it traveled?

EDIT: those pictures were taken with my USB microscope, these pictures were taken with my new digital camera
I thought the USB microscope was good, but I am amazed of the ease and quality of this digital camera.

I have a few toned Morgans and I like them all for their uniqueness but this 1900-O has the prettiest toning.

This 1879-S I like both for its color, it is a close second to the above above, and it is one from the Redfield hoard that Paramount International Coin Company sold in the early 1970's.

My opinions change day by day but I keep coming back to this one. It's in a PCGS MS-64 slab.

Fuzzy -

what lighting set up are you using for that 87? I use that USB scope bought from a member here also, but still like my digital for certain shots.

Jaobler-

Awesome reverse color . Are the reverse scratches on the slab? They appear to be. Ever try some auto headlight lens cleaner to soften or remove those fine scratches on slab surface? I've got a couple I'm going to use it on.

Gyrene -

Their uniqeness does make it a tough choice, but ya gotta love them all.

Rayman -

Nice 82 CC, nice offset mm, looks almost PL>

Moe - " I'm kind of partial to this one! "

I can see why.

Coinstar - "In the beginning of the Movie "Tombstone" Doc Holliday is flipping a Morgan at the table"

I wonder if it was authentic or a chinese fake

Ham1947 - Love it

Brickellcat - Thats one I'm looking for, got it on my want list

Triggers - those fields look exceptional

ClinkinNY - very nice, let us know what it comes back as, I'm not sure it'll reach 66 though, maybe 64, but I hope you're right.
