what do you think, RPM or just PMD or something? did not see anything in the book I have but so far only have strike it rich with pocket change for nickels.

It does look interesting. Is there a mark under the lower look that matches the center punch? There should be but in time they flatten with continued use of the die.

looks like of the the right side of the D what hit, the inside looks like the was filled (don't remember exactly what its called)

I would say its not a D/D mostly because all the area around the D looks normal.

last thing I am not an expert and I am most likely wrong.

Here is a camera pic of the "D". Nothing showing on bottom, does look like a hit on right, but kinda looked like there could be something there as well too, probably not though.

The eastern side of the D looks to have been hit.
