I found this yesterday and it is similar to the 1998D 1DR-001 with the exception above Abe the Bay is doubled. Is this a new DDR? Or something else? Keeper?

I'm not sure but it could be a die dent NE of Abe's head and a tilted column north of Abe's head.As to the 3 columns with pointing arrows, it looks like MD. Those reflections can mislead.

Hard to tell for sure. The die may have had some heavy polishing? Note the column #6, how it looks distorted in shape.
