I love buying coins from "blurry" photos.. This time I spotted another ad on some website somewhere in Eastern Europe.. I right now looking for some one who speaks that language.. I think a colleague from my can write ad read it.. So I will start bidding on this lot.. The other coins are an Trade dollar 1878 and a Dutch 2,5 guilder 1943.. Starting bid is about $32,- I know it's to good to be true, but I catch a lot of nice stuff this way..

Looks like the two U.S coins are both not genuine. I am not very familiar with the guilder but I would think that one is fake as well.

If it's in Russian I can help. But it looks suspicious for me...

Them's fakes! The bust and seated examples are your standard chinese fakes. More than likely the 2 1/2 Guilder is too! maybe the U.S. needs to round them all up and use them to pay off China! Remember, they haven't been marked copy and they don't care. The Chinese likes to counterfeit Apple and Ikea stores. Give them a taste of their own medicine.

This oldtime collector agrees ... U.S. fakes. Be most wary of "coins" that are subjecte to fuzzy pictures.

I am not going to say fake or not because the pics are WAY too blurry to say for sure.

BUT, if the pics are THAT blurry, there is likely a reason why they are...

I would also say they're fakes, but the blurry pics keep me from being 100 percent sure that they are .
