Relative Rarities Of 1859 Repunched 9-S (Dp1-5, Tp, 9/6)

I was wondering if anyone could post the relative rarities of the 1859 repunched 9s.

I'm assuming the 1859 9/6 is the rarest of them.
Are the triple punched 9s (TP) 2nd rarest?

The DP3, DP4, and DP5, as per 2011 Charlton, seem to be rarer, than the better known DP1 and DP2. How do they compare with each other?

Look at the variety section in the back of the 65th Charlton. The multipliers in the opening table indicate the consensus comparative rarities, as determined by the working group.
