didnt reiceve a coin on ebay because the seller was a wimp and decided not to send it because I bought it under melt. SHold I open a case or what? How do I get a refund. Fourtunately the coin was a Washington quarter I paid $6.85 for. Nothing special but I want my money back if he's going to be a wimp and not answer my emails. It looks like he got a negative from another seller in which they didnt receive the coin either and they got refunded by paypal. I think this was very recent. I paid in July 26 Thanks dudes

Report it to ebay and PayPal. They will refund your payment. If the seller didn't send you the coin, it should go against him. If he didn't want to sell the coin for less than melt, he should have started the sale with a price that he could live with. You should be able to get a refund and he'll get a warning from ebay.

Report it is right! I can't stand thieves like this. He didn't get what he wanted so your not getting the coin. Too bad!

Report it and get your refund, but also give him a negative on the feedback.

What a joke. He pulls out because he sells one quarter for less than a dollar under melt? I've gotten Morgans and Peace dollars for several dollars under melt and the seller still sent them...

Leave him negative feedback for sure. Bet he emails you then. That's how I get peoples attention on ebay that messed me over in the past.

Hmh. I get a fair number of silver Washingtons on e-Bay between $6.50 and $7.50, a few just this past weekend, and this seller wimps out? Definitely open a case and get your money back.

This is pathetic. This is like setting a phantom reserve price. I'd be irate if I were you! Well even if he got melt value for it, he'd probably want you to cover the E-Bay fees too.

Let me get this clear. He's admitted he isn't going to send the coin, and why he isn't. You've already asked for the refund, and he hasn't replied. Right? If that's the case, open the dispute.

I emailed him and he never responded. So I figured he wasn't sending it because it was under melt.

I can only hope he's getting his money's worth of nuisance for that $1.
