I think they are RPMs. I haven't been able to find references to them.

What do you think. Any ideas on value.

They both look like Machine Doubling to me.

So are you saying that the Machine Doubling or damage will repeat consistantly?

It is caused by the machinery not working correctly. They can be the same or different in Machine Doubling.
