I noticed what looks like a DDR on a 1913 Barber dime I just picked up last week - can anyone confirm or deny what I'm seeing? I notice doubling on most aspects of the reverse wreath. Does it add any value to the coin? Thanks!

Machine Doubling is a common type of doubling that occurs during striking and does not add value to the coin. A doubled die (which is does add value) is doubling that's actually created on the die itself when it's made and is transferred to all the coins struck with that die.
