What is the most affordable CC minted coin out there? Can be of any denomination; I just want to know which one is cheapest to get.

I think those minted at CC 1883-1884 generally have lower prices.

EDIT - misread your question, I thought you were talking Morgans, sorry

I bought a CC Seated Liberty dime from 1877 for about $40 in EF condition. 1877 and 1875 are pretty common dates for the CC mint for that denomination.

You can probably find a CC dime from 1875, 1876, or 1877 in problem-free Fine for $30-40.

I think 1890 & 91 Morgans are affordable.

This 1878CC Morgan turned up a couple of weeks ago in one of the bulk silver sources I regularly pick through.
Price = $32.
Bargains, and CC's, are where you find them.
But you need to be out there looking.

I would look at some Seated Liberty quarters. There are some really affordable dates like the 1878

That is an interesting question. I doubt most would even think of looking up to see which ones are the cheapest. My vote would be the 1875 or 76 Dime. You should be able to pick one up for less than $20.
Keep away from those CC minted Lincoln Cents. Probably fake.

Thanks for your responses. I'll go for a 1875-1877 CC dime first like most of you mentioned, then later on a CC Seated Lib quarter, because, as you can see from my sig, I'm pretty partial to them.
