Gyrene7483 Pillar of the Community United States 1704 Posts	Posted 09/04/2011 3:57 pm I am assembling a silver issue only set of Kennedy halves in an old unused 1964 vintage Whitman album. This album was made in 1964 and has on the inside front cover a list of dates 1964, 1964-D, 1965, and 1965-D which makes sense since Whitman would not have known when they made this album there would be no coins in 1965, or '66 and '67, produced with a D mint mark. So far I have not yet had to pay more than $14.00 for any of the 90% silver coins. Of the early, 1964 - 1976 issues I need a 1969-D and the Bicentennial in uncirculated condition. ljenkins990 Valued Member United States 406 Posts	Posted 09/06/2011 4:15 pm Very nice coins but now I've got a question - seeing those coins from the Whitman 64-02 album, I couldn't help but notice that they only have one slot for the S-mint for each year from 1992 to 2002. Which means no need to get a 90% silver example to complete each year. Is this still the case for Whitman albums, and does this also apply to the quarters and dimes? Report this Post to the Staff
