What is the ratio times face for 40% Silver verses 90% silver half dollars ?

40% halves have 4.6 grams of silver
90% halves have 11.25 grams of silver

at current spot prices:
40% is 12.81 times face
90% is 31.33 times face

40% are worth a little more than 1/3 90%
or three 40% are worth a little more that one 90%

As of spot now Provident metals is paying 11.55, with a minimum of $250 sale.
