The fingerprints on both sides aren't gonna help its grade.

Right now a dollar is worth about .75 euro. I think that would be around $544.00.

The shipping box says insured to the USA 12 Euro cost
Main cost item is the price of a banktransfer if he insists on a banktransfer
If it were a sure MS64 with potential for better I would be bidding because this is a clear case were acetone will make the guilty fingerprint disappear

The exchange rate ended friday 1.32 dollars for one euro
The exchange agent in Brussels buys at 505 euro for a MS63

I have had very poor luck with acetone removing fingerprints from silver, ageka. To address my ignorance, is gold that much less reactive than silver such that fingerprints do not "adhere" as well? Gold and silver are both considered noble metals, yet silver does seem much more willing to enter into chemical transactions.

Pure gold can only be attacked by Aqua Regia a mix of acids or by Mercury
Nothing else will really attack pure gold and the above examples are not really attacking but more in the nature of dissolving like sugar in water . I know of not a single chemical compound with gold in it
On the other hand without looking it up I met Silvernitrate, Silveroxide , Silverchloride, etc
Silver will readily react with a lot of products
A fingerprint on silver will etch the metal and is irreversable unless immidiately put in a solvent
Of course a strong acid will remove the print with a layer of metal

If gold ever has a lasting problem it is the copper content in the gold that causes it because circulating gold was like 0.900 purity with 0.100 copper to increase longevity
