I prefer to grade by details seen, versus perceived wear, such as: Full LIBERTY, full hair/headband definition under LIBERTY, amount of wear on cheek/brow, hair/ribbon definition (including diamonds!) = EF details. This coin looks to have a weak strike, which is common for CuNi coins. Taking that into account, it wouldn't surprise me if some people called this EF. Report this Post to the Staff
