pdont think it is a RPM. I am far from an expert -but I am finding that the 70's RPM's are fairly difficult to come by. (opinion). yours looks like MD.

hard to tell--check coppercoins for match---75 rpm's are mild

I'm still new at this so wait for the pro's, but looks likes MD to me. From the pics looks like flat shelf and no splitting to me. I pass these up all the time so I hope I am right, if not then I have passed on a lot and need to re-vamp what I am keeping.

Actually it looks exactly like Machine Doubling to me...because that's what it is. This is a classic example of slight Machine Doubling that affects the mintmark and pretty much nothing else.
