So with silver dropping under $29 at the time of this posting, is the US Mint going to suspend sales of silver and other PM products) and adjust product pricing accordingly?

NP-6 just came out on Thursday and at current spot, that's nearly a $140 premium. I was already on the fence regarding buying it but now I'm not touching that one for a long time. What's even more troubling is the 25th anniversary ASE set, which I (and I know a lot of you) really want. What's the price on that one going to be now? I guess we have a month figure that one out.

Personally I will stop buying US Mint products and focus solely on bullion until spot rebounds or Mint prices start to reflect the market change.

UGH!

If a guy can't get a nice American silver eagle for a fair price, why not go for a nice Buffalo from Silvertowne or Provident for real close to spot....

I checked at Provident ant the cheapest round I noticed was a Buffalo at $30.10....

And they were listing 2011 AGE's at 33 back order no doubt, and 41 dollar for a burnished version, but don't forget S@H.....

And as I went back an double checked that, AGE's back orders dropped to $32.70 an the Buffalo NTR to $29.89....

I will say they adjust their prices immediately to the rises and drops.....

Now the NTR Buffalo is down to 29.72, crazy stuff.....

Silver is getting really tempting. When prices are high these levels seem like a no brainer. Being human, greed makes it hard to pull the trigger because it seems like it will go way lower. The mint has a chart for changing gold and platinum but I don't know about silver. I'll check.

Just checked the mint and it looks like they're repricing most everything except for the commemoratives. The snark in me wants to say that they're just repricing them up though...ha!

Yep, I see that too. Thanks for the heads up. The outcome will be interesting!
