what is a mule coin? maybe could you show a picture. Also what does NSF and SF means.

A mule created when two dies that were never intended to be used together are paired up.

I agree with Kitkat

Here is a example of a U.S mule coin. A 2000 Sacagawea dollar coin, with the obverse of the Washington quarter.

The planchet is correct for the dollar coin and the correct reverse die was used. The obverse Washington quarter obverse die was used by Mistake.

Here is one on ebay. It is an Olympic coin that should be dated 1973.

A mule is the offspring that results from a male donkey and a female horse (this would be a hinny if the genders were reversed). A "mule" coin is just an adaptation of that, the result of two things (dies in the case of coins) that were generally not meant to be paired together.
