This am on HSN, I saw that ICG is going to be "grading" rolls of the Presidential dollars.

A plastic tube (with 20 dollars) is going to be heat sealed and then labeled with a holographic tamper-evident seal. The label will indicate that all coins are MS-63 or better.

Thoughts?

I think it's an brilliant idea, based on the assumption that they're going to actually grade each coin before sealing the roll. There is a fair market in rolls, and a certified roll is absolutely going to be added value.
