I don't know. The cent is very off-center, but these are not extremely rare. You don't have a date on the coin and the coin seems to show some damage/corrosion/something. Wouldn't this be worth about $5.

No date off-center cent errors are probably the most common error available. The exposed zinc will also hurt the value as the chance of developing corrosion is mucher higher than one with no split plating. In the US, it would only be worth $2-3 but since you are in Europe, I would not go any higher than €3-4.

I have a similar one with the same pkg that I won as a door prize at my club meeting. those prizes are worth about $5.00
