I have been searching for this coin on the Internet and am unable to find one just like it. The coins I have viewed online that matched this date have the eagle on one side but Napoleon has short hair and no wreath. The coins featuring Napoleon with his ponytail and wreath on his head had a different reverse to mine. Is anyone able to explain this please?
Unfortunately this coin has a fair bit of damage and I cannot make out a denomination.

From the position of the mintmark, "A" in relation to the "E" in centime, I'd think this was a 5 centime KM# 797.1.
The image and orientation are normal for the year.
