Color is way off, but I assume that's the photo.

Grade is around EF40.

I have a questtion for a moderator. The author of this thread found a great coin. So he shared it with the Error Variety Section to be discussed. He then wanted to know the grade of it and posted it in the grading section. Is it not appropriate to post a coin you found that is an error in the error section (cause that is were you post errors). And then make a separate post in the Grading Section of this site (cause thats were all the expert graders hang out? I thought that is what the separate sections were for? Thanks for any explanation.
