No it's not almost uncirculated, at least that's not what I think. It more looks like, in British grading, a Very Good coin, maybe a little less than a very fine. It has some dings and mings on the King's effigy. 1920 Half Crowns suffer from weakly struck tail's side, so it's nice that the three lions on crest looks clear, at least the two in the bottom. This is typical. Fully struck specimens command a premium. Your coin is still a nice one, after switching to a lower silver alloy (%50) in 1920, many people didn't hoard post-1920 silver coins, at least not in a decent shape. Still a very lovely one to hold on I assume. Seems to be cleaned sometime in the past.
