I think the Feeder Finger Damage idea is most likely In other words, the feeder finger scraped across the die, creating the lines which were then transferred to the coin.

The rim and lettering looks extra thick to me What are you seeing as an error?

the lines between the crown and the arm, also look at her face,especially around her chin and neck

I agree looks like feed finger damage to the die.

Yup, die damage, most likely Feeder Finger Damage. No premium value.
