My collecting passion is Franklin half dollars. I have also developed a real passion for the Kennedy short set and circulated classic commemoratives.

Really the last 10 years has been copper (Pre-Federal through IHC's). And, of course, a Type set...

Being an ex metal detectorist finding hammered, roman and celtic you would think ancient but I have just started out in this hobby with proof sovereigns, lovely and shiny things they are too. Brings out the magpie in me.

Jefferson nickels - in what for me is a serious way. I have been roll hunting nickels for several years. Also working on a high-quality BU/proof Jefferson set, complete except for a few of the early proofs. The BU/proof set is a subject of upgrades whenever possible. Jos. Curwen, Gent.

I really enjoy old world coins. Nothing gets me going more then finding a new country in the 20c bin at my LCS.

Right now I'm into foreign coins. So many interesting designs out there and many are cheap to get.
