CanadaPennies19 Valued Member Canada 201 Posts	Posted 06/09/2021 3:50 pm I know larger coins get bumped up to a 2.5x2.5 but I have an album, and I need 2x2s for larger coins. I bought a few larger silver coins (Netherlands 2 1/2 gulden) which came in a 2x2, when I removed it, the ones I had were too small. The store that was local to me at my last residence had them - that is only two years ago so they must be available somewhere. I bought my first ASE at a coin shop in 1993 and it was in a 2.5 x 2.5, which is the first time I had ever seen those. Silver eagles fit in them nicely and I found it necessary for a few other larger coins to store in 2x2 pages. Report this Post to the Staff
BH1964 Bedrock of the Community United States 10982 Posts	Posted 06/09/2021 9:54 pm I've seen ASEs (40.6 mm or 1.6 inches) in 2x2s but I don't like them that way. There is virtually no cardboard to staple on with only 5 mm "white space" at the edges. Not sure if they are still made but I can't imagine any larger coin possibly fitting into a 2x2. I would rather do this that try to stuff it into what must certainly be a very flimsy cardboard holder.
