@ LiverpoolI believe there will be another "special offer" coming this November 28... To go along with the other "special offers" coming out on every 28th of every month for MC members...  Edited by NuMoosematist

im guessing this thread is the biggest thread in Canada coins section and possibly the whole CCF .....when the RCM announces they have actually melted the remainder of the gold hoard this story is not over....wouldnt it be hilarious if they announced that they had secretly graded out the rest of the hoard and found dozens of MS 65 and better examples which they simply couldnt melt...from an overlooked bag ........or worse yet ..someone found a way to steal the coins from the mint and they ....umm..... I probably shouldnt continue on this thought ..it would make a good movie script tho...when the thread hits 200 we can have a special online celebration...until then.... hold the gold...or the cash....lol |

My reasons for suggesting a change of name for the topic are: The title gives you no idea what the thread is about, when it firt started I clicked on it several times just to see what it was. New members will have trouble finding this huge resource of information and conversation about these gold coins because it is not in the title.
I believe that this has been a great conversation and it would be a shame for it to be lost in the future because the name is not clear.
Just a thought

it does make sense to have the title show up in a search of Superman coins so I'm in agreement with the title change...we all have a lot invested in this thread and it is the definitive source of inside info on this release....so do we all have to email the moderator or something?..who is the moderator anyways?..i would be happy to email a request

my last post is kind of hilarious....obviously I've got incurable supermania which can only be alleviated by looking at real gold coins from Canadas past.....so at the risk of correcting myself I think we should apply for a change of title as suggested by the honorable members...now I'm going to look at my Canada BOC collection....
