Just an FYI that the first coin in the series is now available from Canada Post on-line.

Seems odd that the Mint is not selling it individually (yet).

Looking forward to seeing this coin. The Inukshuk design looks pretty interesting.

Is this a pre-sale from Canada Post? I have 2 subscriptions of this. It'll be interesting to see if the Mint actually send one out each month on time and the box on the 3rd month. I do like the look of the coins on pictures but will see how good it look in person.

Totally agree with canuck1us, the Beaver and Polar Bear look very nice.
Debating whether I should subscribe one more set, anyone know if we can still subscribe after the first coin is out?

The pictures look pretty nice so far. I'm hoping the coins will look even better. Maybe they will put up some images of the other coins in the set fairly soon.

They had all the coins on the Mint website at one time. There is going to be one coloured coin in the series, I believe it's the October coin.

I had heard that the coins would be $39.95 each with a subscription but $49.95 each without a subscription. Looks that was false information as the first coin in the series is selling for $39.95 on the Canada Post website.

I'm also looking forward to the series, there are some nice looking coins.

I don't remember it stated the specific price if not subscribe other than getting a discount price for the 11th coin which is a colour mapple leaf coin. It did however stated that it guarantee the price of the coins (implicating the price might be different if you are not subscribing to the series) and you also get a free box out of it as well.

Here's the current information from RCM: http://www.mint.ca/store/coin/o-can...-prod1570002

You're wrong: there will be only one discounted coin - coloured maple. All the other will be $39.95 for both subscribers and regular buyers.
Save $15 on Coin #11! Featuring a stunning design rendered in brilliant fall colours, the Coloured Maple Leaf will retail for $54.95 for those who do not subscribe!

The only subscription discount in the series is on coin 11 and the free box. I don't believe they ever had pictures or specs of coin 5-10 or 12 - just a listing:

#1 - The Inukshuk - $39.95
#2 - The Beaver - $39.95
#3 - The Royal Canadian Mounted Police - $39.95
#4 - The Polar Bear - $39.95
#5 - Summer Life - $39.95
#6 - The Wolf - $39.95
#7 - Niagara Falls - $39.95
#8 - The Caribou - $39.95
#9 - Hockey - $39.95
#10 - The Orca - $39.95
#11 - The Maple Leaf (in colour) - $39.95 ($54.95 for non-subscribers)
#12 - Holiday - $39.95
