Complete surprise - it just showed up in the mailbox. Lettermail - no signature. Very high COA too. 38,8xx Edit to add. The only hint on the RCM tracking/profile page that anything shipped is that my MC end date changed to Jan 7/14. The order for this set remains as processing (item status = new order) as do 3 or 4 other orders for coins that I received weeks/months ago. And my profile was flipped again to show 'no' for e-mail updates. I've changed it to 'yes' 3 times in 2013 already.

Did it comes with a clamshell case (Since you have the subscription and will get the box later)?

No clamshell. It's the first of the subscription - the wooden box comes with the 3rd coin.
If you order just the Inukshuk coin individually, you get a clamshell.
Edit to add: the encapsulated coin and the COA are in a clear plastic pouch (like the 20 for 20s) and the pouch is stuck to a black paper folder that has the Mint logo on it.

To CC-Ottawa: Did the Inukshuk coin come in the standard capsule for 1/2oz silver RCM coins, or something special? The reason why an asking for - want to know if I can use the case (which I think to buy from the Gatewest with the Inukshuk) for any 1/2 coin (issued by RCM).

Standard capsule.
Are you sure that you get the coin and box for 40 bucks without signing up for the rest of the coins? I just looked at the Group of Seven large box and coins on Gatewest's site and it doesn't mention that it's a subscription. But I have to think it is...

I picked up the case and first two coins from Gatewest (months ago) but did not have any obligation for further purchases. I've actually picked up coins #3 and #4 from the RCM. Maybe it will be a similar situation for the new series.

Thanks commems. Did you pay more than 2 times 89.95?
I'm sitting on the fence. If it really is 40 bucks for the coins and case, I'm in but if it's a subscription, then not interested.

@CC-Ottawa: I didn't pay anything extra for the Go7 box when I made my purchase. Saw that you placed a GW order - hope it works out!
