Spent 4 $2's at Walmart buying some soda. They had Coke 2 liters on sale for $1 again

I managed to find this interesting-looking till on the Internet today. The only improvement I'd suggest is replacing the rolls with $20 bills since those will change hands frequently.

I spent a single $2 bill as part of a dry-cleaning bill. I told the cashier that the denomination is still in production, and that many more bills have been printed over the last two years.

making a correction:

jack jeckel's post at the top on 5/14 should have been $18,582 but he got the numbers transposed and put $18,852

subtracting the posts after, total is

Had a $10 of $10 purchase coupon for Kohls department store. You used to be able to score something for $10 a few years ago when they ran these promos but it seems the last 2 years you can;t find anything for under $13 so I picked out a polo shirt and paid with 2 $2's. The cashier girl said "you can't (shouldn't) spend $2 bills. I told her they still make them and you can still get them. She said she had a $2 bill she has kept in her wallet for the last 5 years. I told her about my pocket piece and told her about it. Hopefully there is one more person out there with a little more numismatic knowledge now
