I'm fairly new to coin collecting, but I wanted your opinion on this auction:

It's a 95 half dollar that DOES NOT appear to be even close to UNCIRCULATED condition. Am I just looking at it wrong or is this described incorrectly? I'm not thinking about purchasing this coin, just curious b/c I'm in the process of collecting halves through boxes and I swear most of the ones I keep from those look better than this one. Thanks so much!

Unfortunately grading is not a science but an art. And he failed art class. It is circulated and not worth $2.50 after shipping. I'd do some research and ask questions before you buy.

It's not uncirculated. That seller is either lazy or uninformed of the grading process.
