Absolutely the Morgan.. Followed closely by the Seated series (all denominations). I also really like Liberty head $5 golds, though I only have a couple..

In my opinion, Walking half dollars are the most beautiful coins ever minted, but I don't collect them. Somehow I am attracted to bust half dollars and those really ugly 179X large cents. When I hold one of these in hand it's a history lesson.

Hopefully everyone is willing to expand their horizons and at least consider the classic silver commemorative series. I have many favorites there ... and my dual MS/circulated set provides plenty of opportunity to show a few ... I'll go with one each as my current favorites: 1937 Battle of Antietam Anniversary Half DollarPCGS MS67/CAC And ... in the world of circulated classic commemorative .. 1936 Battle of Gettysburg Anniversary Half DollarPCGS VG10 Enjoy David

Some classic US coins precede the US Mint, you know. Fugio copper for me.

Hmmm, I like Morgan's, WLH's, and (although I don't own one) the $4 "Stella" If I had to pick one it would have to be the Walking Liberty half dollar. Unlike many coins both sides are gorgeous!

Just look at her. How could anyone pick anything but this? The history, the intricate attention to detail, the grandeur. I think it's time to go hug my Morgans.

I've got to go with my beloved Two Cent Piece. But aesthetically speaking the Saint Gauden's Double Eagle and Walking Liberty half sure are beautiful coins. Also 1793 Large cents in high grade, just because of the design and the look of a 200+ year old coin in great condition.
