That sucks. It happened while it was sitting in my cart. Disappeared on checkout.

How did people tell the number available, with a limit of 1?

Nice! Do you know if it's direct order like candy cane or online listings?

I have a question: If The Great Lakes coin set subscription are for a mintage of 10,000 & the individual Lake Superior coin has a mintage limit of 10,000, does that mean a total mintage of 20,000 for each coin total? Thanks, all!

Thanks, all! No, this means the TOTAL mintage of both is 10,000. They only made 10,000. So if they sell 2,000 individual, then they only have 8,000 left for subscriptions and vice-versa.

@wlouison, thanks so much for reply. I was worried that it would double the mintage. Nice set but can't understand no subscriptions except for Canadians.

@coinhooked No problem. I used to wonder the same thing, too.

One thing I noticed was that in MC advance notice email, they listed the caribou mintage as 8,500 & polar bear at 10,000 but on the web they are both listed as 8,500 mintage. Maybe people took the MC email mintages and caribou was perceived to be more scarce?

@dialog_gvf Add the coin you want to your cart. Go to checkout. Type in a large number for the quantity and see if it's accepted or insufficient inventory. Repeat until you zero in on the currently available stock count. Note, this doesn't work for the quantity limited items as you'll get a drop down instead of a free text box.
