Top right is Severus Alexander, an Alexandrian tetradrachm. It's a nice coin. I have a modest collection of Alexandrian tets and this one would certainly be welcome in my collection 
I have Emmett's book so I'm reasonably sure of this attribution, although you should check the obverse inscription against what is written below. I can't quite see everything in the small picture.
