I've no problem at all believing a Proof survived this long untoned. It's not difficult.

Re: obverse, it could be my admittedly poor photography. It is in a PF 65 NGC slab.

Wow! I agree....it looks like chrome or nickel plated it is so shiny. Beautiful coin! Hard to tell but looks better than 65

Looks much better than a mere 65.
Blast white, clean surfaces! I love this Merc proof. 66 at the very least.

All proof coins show all the details. It has to be FSB.

I think it's too shiny and MUST be dipped that the graders let slip by.
