It can't be all that hard, you already know that it's Parthian.

Those vampire teeth are confusing somehow, must have been a halloween issue.

'Bob_L', when you say Orodes I - with the confusion on numbering, what is his reign period?

Nice one. Legend = ''ΣΛΕΩΣ ΜΕ"'ΛΟΥ 'ΡΣ'ΚΟΥ 'ΥΤΟΚΡ'ΤΟΡΟΣ ΦΛΟΠ'ΤΟΡΟΣ ΕΠΦ'ΝΟΥΣ ΦΛΕΛΛΗΝΟΣ If you go to http://parthia.com/parthia_inscriptions.htmthen scroll down to Orodes I, with the "31i" in the second column, then hold your cursor over the legend in the third column, the translation should show up. Pretty cool page. I'll post one in a few minutes.

Same series as the last, of course. Perhaps a challenging one. We'll give it a couple hours; if no one ventures a guess...or if no one gets it right by then, I'll reveal. I'm posting the whole image in this case...

Thanks Bob, I was looking for the English translation though.

On that page, if you hold your cursor over the legend, a balloon should pop up with the English translation:
"Of the great king Arasaces, the Autocrat, the Father-loving, the Noble, the Greek-loving"

Another good guess. But no. One of his brothers.

Holding the cursor over the inscription in the link 'Bob_L' gave, shows:
"[Of the] Great King Arsaces, the Autocrat, the Father-loving, the Noble, the Greek-loving."
Often 'Autocratoros' is rather translated as 'Emperor' and 'Philopatoros' as 'Lover of the country'.

@ 'Bob_L', are you trying to trick us and show a rare coin? Perhaps one of
Phraates V?
