Man, Q. David Bowers is a machine. He recently said he's working on a Red Book for Seated coins (all denominations I think). I'm really looking forward to that one. I'm sure glad our hobby has such a prolific writer of such quality material.

Thanks for sharing the photos guys! Helps me make up my mind.
Anyone know if they're going to do a hard bound? Might be kinda difficult given the size.

I think the hard bound one would look really good on the shelf, but I should probably stick to a soft bound. I plan to give this one a lot of attention. For the record the newest hard bound Red Book I have is from 2000.

I received mine today. It is pretty impressive. I don't see myself sitting in my comfy chair reading this one. More likely on a hard surface leaning over it like a text book in school.

Got mine yesterday. All I can say is WOW. If you are on the fence about getting it, Pull the trigger. You cant beat Wizards price. You might have to get some other supplies to cover the shipping.

Spent few hours going over the book and I must say, it is well worth the money. I have never been a big fan of the Red Book but this one is a must. So for anyone wanting to buy the Red Book, spend a little extra and buy the Mega Red it is well worth the money.

Y'all are making me really want to get this book. I have some other things to order from Wizard so maybe I'll accidentally drop that into the cart.

OK, I ordered it! Wizard is having a shipping promotion over a certain amount (maybe $50?) so I qualified for $10 shipping. Wheeeee!
While I'd rather spend this money on actual coins and/or currency, it's a necessary investment.

Well if you got one, I am going to need one. Just have to figure out what else I need from Wizard right now.

Which is why I love coin shows. At the next one I go to there will be at least one dealer selling those and for lots less than most web sites. And NO postage.

Anyone know of shows in Dallas or Houston? I'd sure like to take advantage of something like just carl mentions. I don't believe we have them in Austin. Could be wrong.

There is a regional coin show at the end of June, but it is a day trip and my schedule may not allow it. Perhaps I will hold off ordering until that date passes. I do not need this book, but I do want it.
