And not finding anything in forums, or in general online. Any insight regarding this error/variety would be appreciated. Thanks. Report this Post to the Staff

Neo13x Pillar of the Community United States 604 Posts	Posted 03/09/2015 1:49 pm I think it most resembles die cracks except for the line inside the "4". It possibly was made by the punch that was used. I'm just shooting in the dark here, someone else may have a better answer. Report this Post to the Staff

SsuperDdave Moderator United States 23522 Posts	Posted 03/09/2015 6:11 pm This is WB-102. It's considered a 48/47 overdate - look for the 7 in the upper loop of the 8. Two reverses are paired with this obverse; one usually has peripheral die cracks and the other has noticeable lumps under the vertical stripes in the shield. Pretty scarce variety, but little demand as few collect these by variety.
