This is another where you need to back up the picture a little so we can see the whole reverse. This kind of line can be caused by placing one coin on top of another and whacking the stack with a hammer. hard to tell though without the rest of the coin in view.

so called error lincolns and weeding out
any post mint damaged ones from actual ones.
