Quote: My question is then: are you telling me you carry around all your collectable coins in your pocket and use them as money? Dont you? My pockets are full of $20 for $20 silver coins. Just having some fun lol, don't get so serious. . I will put my "looney Tunes" pocket watch in with my collection of other pocket watches. There does that make you happy?

Okay I stand corrected...thanks Red...many watches in the past from RCM...but would this pocket timepiece be the first designed for a pocket? There's gotta be a good reason they are going with a pocket watch...for this Looney series...hmmmm? Can anybody help with this one...?

(like in the "Alice in Wonderland") For myself (if I would think about these coins), I also do not see any value in the watch: this is collectible item, but I do not collect such stuff, so anyway it just will be in the coin box, causing the box be bigger , than usual.

Just to set the record straight. There is both a pocket watch and a regular watch in this series.

Quote:Just saw one on ebay....$3000 US or offer. Any thoughts At least you get free shipping. I've never seen a ebay listing where you can pay in installments. It says you could pay $500 over 6 months. Is that something new with ebay? What if you pay only one payment and stop after that?

That option looks like its on PayPal's end, meaning the seller gets full credit for auction price, and buyer is on the hook, and if they don't pay, Pay pal will send over guido and the boys to enact payment.

I agree Northern. They should have started higher, looks to me like they are setting the trend.
