Anything 2003A or older I put aside for another look due to their age.
Any star notes, I keep unless they're a high print run and/or beat up.
Anything pre-1995 is an automatic keeper, even if I have duplicates.

As far as $1's are concerned, I only save silver certificates (and I've only ever found exactly two), so I got nothin.

I save UNC pre-1999 notes (got a 100 strap of them in my drawer at the bank), WEB notes (found three), 1963s no matter what condition (I have found 2 63's, 1 63A, and 3 63Bs) and then silver certificates.

Agree with all the above... stars, pre-2003A, silver certs, webs, low/fancy SNs, and... errors (don't think that was mentioned yet)!

For me, it's anything pre-2006. They're just old and above average for the amount of time a dollar bill lasts.
