I agree about the "ugly side" the small flaw not significant compares to white-faced, but yellowish dressed King George. And the reverse as beautiful as it should be

Just picked up my coin yesterday and I must say it is one of my favorite and nicest coin I have in my collection of silver dollars. I have all the SD from 1935 up to 2015 except the 1947 dot. I just cant take my eyes off of it. I will not sell this one. It's a keeper.

Quote: Is this because its the only one NCLT SD, which commands such big premium? Not at all. I just love the look of this coin. Classy. I guess it's the size of it. I do have the collection of the big coins and though they look great, they're just too large. Not interested in the colored version.

I think, 2010 "Poppy" SD is number one (for design), and second/third places share Voyageur SDs (2010 or 2015) / 1911-2011 SD.

Quote: On the other hand if he did sell this many I would think there would be some feedback related to this in his profile. That seller is legit. He now has 2 feedbacks related to the Voyageur coin. Here is one of them: Quote:Article arrived early , exactly as described, great eBayer Buyer: c***i 2015 Canada Voyageur Renewed Silver Dollar 2 Oz Proof $1 Masters Club CoA 0114 (# 221957019157) I wonder if the dealer behind the sales is either Talisman Coins or Silvertowne since the dealer lists his location as the Midwest. Both Talisman and Silvertowne are in the Midwest.

You wouldn't think dealers the size of Silvertowne or Talisman would care over a few coins and would hide their identities over such small sales. More likely this was a group of mc asked one friend to sell their coins or the seller is one of the biggest RCM customer and was allowed as many as he or she wanted.

The odds of a group of MC having COAs of 107, 109, 110, 112 and 114 is very very low. The seller is most likely buying from one source, either a dealer or someone from the RCM itself. In either case, the transactions break a commitment by the RCM to the MC of one per household, and the embargo terms. Someone has a very profitable relationship in place.

If you are one of the buyers of the gold kilo coins you think the rep would have any hesitation in selling this person 10 units or more. When does rules mean anything to the RCM, there seems to be tier jumping and even sales to non mc regarding this coin.

Hi john100. No doubt you are correct but I would think that most of the gold kilo coin buyers are typically companies. I know a few. Also tier jumping and non mc buyers were probably more the exception rather than the rule. Just glancing through this topic revealed only a handful of the latter. Who knows what transpired, but I think a seller with 12 hard to get coins and apparently growing in number is something even the RCM would want to investigate, if for nothing else to ensure its credibility with its customer base.

Finally received my coin today. Was following it by the tracking number and it was at the post office on Friday at 7:00 am . Was not delivered Friday ,was still sitting at the post office this afternoon when I checked the tracking number so I called them and had to go pick it up myself. Canada Post is already on Christmas hours I guess. Wanted the crowd to have a look at the gold plating around the crown, it seems to be offset by a bit. Any thoughts?

Congrats for the coin, Steel! It definitevelly nice addition to you SDs... Now...good catch - I usually do not pay attention for the thing such this (anything is perfect), but you right, the plating on the top of the Crown has an offset of 1.5mm (I think) to the right side, and in addition, kind of "blind" or milk spot. Well, the coins (all of them) really aren't perfect, if this not visible in naked eye - this is ok. But please, let's not discover an issue here - we are still need to resell these for the good price
