This is my first early type gold coin purchase..

Would you folks be so kind as to give me your opinion of a grade and value? My opinion is this is a AU-58. What is yours?

My purchase price was $340.00

If you could get more sharper images with less light shining directly on the coin, that'd be great. It looks ex-jewelry to me by the rim damage on the obverse.

using a q-tip and some acetone. the brown spots on both the obverse and reverse came off in nothing flat.
Coin looks much better without those spots.
